Project consisted of kitchen side return extension, full house refurbishment, rear garden redesign and refurbishment, loft and basement conversion. Kitchen extension added 30 sq meters of extra space, which is used as a dinning and kitchen area. Works involved installation of large glass bi-fold door for the whole wall, large flat roof skylight window, forming structural opening to the existing part of the house, installation of underfloor heating system, tiling, new plumbing and electrics, kitchen installation, plastering, painting and decorating. Refurbishment works included general inside and outside refurbishment in three storey period house, structural opening to the bearing walls, external works including roof repairs, fit-out works in 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets, new plumbing system and boiler installation, complete rewiring and installation of new consumer unit, underfloor heating system on the ground floor, supplying and installing new windows including large (7 by 1.2 meters) skylight window, doors and new wooden floor, carpentry including custom made bathroom units, installing decorative covings, full rear garden refurbishment including trimless glass balustrades, plastering, painting and decorating. Basement conversion added extra 150 sq meters of extra space to the house. It is used as a spacious play room and separate dwelling : private bedroom with en-suit bathroom, kitchen, toilet. Big bi-fold doors lead to the inner garden and allow the sun lights reach the area. Glass panel on the ceiling also allow more light to come inside.
