This full house refurbishment project consisted of basement excavation, bathrooms renovation, rear extension and rear garden redesign. Basement works included: excavation works from the piled front light well to rear of the house, underpinning, waterproofing and insulation of walls and floors, structural retaining walls, new frames and new slab, sewer and drainage works, steel structure installation, custom made staircase, cupboards and wardrobes, creating a separate laundry room, bathroom and wineroom. Furthermore installation of underfloor heating, new wooden floor, new wiring, utility cupboard with boiler, plastering, painting and decorating works, what added around 70 sqm of extra space. For full house refurbishment contained installation of new wooden and tiled floors, carpentry and joinery, including panneling and cladding, new cupboards and wardrobes, fit out of bathrooms and toilets with decocemento structures on countertop, rewiring, plastering, painting and decorating. Rear extension of kitchen works involved: redesign of kitchen space, demolition of the existing fixtures, plumbing and drainage works with new underfloor heating system, new wiring, new kitchen installation with island, walk-in wardrobe, snug area, installation of: bi-fold doors, tiled floor, skylight window, plastering, painting and decorating. Loft conversion included: demolition of existing roof, new roof construction, new bathrooms, bedrooms fit out including carpentry and joinery, rewiring, plastering, painting and decorating.
