SCOPE OF WORK: 
Loft conversion South London project was part of a bigger project: loft conversion, refurbishment and fit out to three bathrooms.
The project involved: structural calculations and drawings, steel works to the floor and roof ridge, installation of Velux windows, converting existing loft space into inhabitable loft bedroom and creation of an en-suite bathroom, design and build new staircase, electrical wiring, bathroom wet room fit out, installation of a new boiler and hot water cylinder, carpentry, two custom made wardrobes, plastering, painting and decorating works.
