Werner and Werner Ltd prepared all documentation for the project including: job specification, risk assessment and method statements for building management company. All works were scheduled along with business-as-usual operating office. Works were executed overnight and during weekends.
Office refurbishment London project consisted of: demolition of existing partition walls, removal of existing flooring, building up new drywall partition walls with glass panels, installation of new door, installation of new engineered flooring, reconfiguration of trench heating, installation of new glass boards to entire walls, creating of recessed walls for TV installation, installation of new ventilation to the server room, painting and decorating works. Electrical works consisted of: adding new floor boxes with network and electrical wiring, installation of entry door tag system, CCTV cameras cabling installation, reconfiguration of network wiring.
